The Garfield Piute MLS (GPMLS) is a private MLS owned by RealtyPro Solutions, LLC. It is controlled by the majority vote of all brokers who are members of the Service. The GPMLS contains listings located in Garfield County and Piute County Utah.
Membership is limited to offices where the principal broker has a primary residence or a commercial office or branch office in either Garfield or Piute County. For more information about joining or participating in the Garfield Piute MLS, click here.
The main reason for forming this MLS was to provide better services to the local residents, improve exposure of listings through Internet syndication, and to help facilitate a cooperation of brokers living and working in the geographic areas covered by the MLS.
